Cowboy
Glenn MurphyCompany DirectorCowboy is the lead programmer of Eldevin and underlying libraries. As 6/5 of the Eldevin programming team, Cowboy actually developed his own bots to create artwork for Eldevin, however they became self-aware and are now known as Doc and Xero, who have inherited Cowboys skills with fractions. While not coding, Cowboy codes in his head for practice. Hoofmaster
Andrew MulhollandCompany DirectorHoofmaster, 'Master of the Hoofs' is the programmer behind Gothador and the massively multiplayer RPG FallenSword. Mojawk
John StewartGeneral ManagerMojawk graduated in 2006 with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and is currently managing the development of all aspects of Eldevin. He also is currently working heavily on the scripting and crushes bugs daily. When required he helps with general game design, balance and content. Xero
Iain MairLead ArtistOne of Hunted Cow's first recruits, Xero graduated from the University of Abertay Dundee with an BSc(Hons) in Computer Game Development. Since work began on Eldevin soon after his arrival, Xero has been making sure all 3d models, animations and level design conform to a high standard. Xero's jobs also involve game design, scripting and sound engineering, making him involved in almost every aspect of Eldevin's development. In his spare time, Xero is usually found playing football, playing games, watching movies or making some masterful music. Phuriedae
Louisa GallieArtistPhurie Dae wandered in off the streets after finishing university and was instantly swayed by the idea of painting cool stuff all day (on a graphics tablet that the cat won't sleep on). Requiring only chocolate to live, she's working on 2D graphics for Eldevin and its website and counting down the days before she succumbs to the coffee and fizz addictions that appear to have gripped the rest of these guys. She doesn't actually stop painting in her spare time, but combines it with movies, friends, and making her Final Fantasy characters invincible. Retroboy
Andy DonnachieArtistRetroboy 'Retro Freak' was created in a petri dish within The Hunted Cow laboratory, the offspring of a neon light bulb and a set of pixels. He currently works his magic on 2D graphics for Eldevin and and the occasional spot of 3D work when held at gunpoint. His cyborg vision proving essential for those intricate details. Other than wishing it was still 1995, Retroboy breathes electronic music, collects vintage video games and likes to dress himself in silly clothing. Destroyer
Phil EdwardsQuest WriterHe entered the office to a fanfare of European metal, mead in hand and beard on chin. Ready to create the epic sagas of Eldevin, long may they be remembered, then test them until they work. In the periods between writing, testing, and unconsciousness, he can be found involved in some form of escapism. Wargames, computer games, online games, roleplaying games, general Sci-Fi viewing/reading, anything goes. Especially if it's in a limited edition box. Anakiro
Samantha BrownGame ScripterAnakiro is a recent graduate and has craftily managed to con the university out of a Computer Games Technology degree. She joined the Hunted Cow herd in order to help with Eldevin's scripting effort, and has quickly got stuck into the daunting role (with the subtle aid of an army of ninja kittehs). While not flailing through code, Kiro mostly enjoys pwning in World of Warcraft, pretending to be good at DDR and watching trashy police chase shows. She also has periods when she enjoys creative writing of both fantasy and sci-fi persuasions (preferably a good mix of both) and has an undeniable love of cute, fluffy, kittens. Just guard your kittens closely when Kiro is nearby. You never know when she might 'adopt' one. Forn
Brett TuckerCommunity ManagerForn, 'Coloured Hair Boy's 1/2 of the crazy desk team along with Iago and works mainly on Fallen Sword. Forn currently works mostly on the creature designs for Fallen Sword and is the new quest boffin for the game. Forns other duties in the Hunted Cow Studio include making really evil noodles and ensuring that Iaganatzi is kept on a leash, has regular walks and is given the odd slap to keep him motivated. Forn is a qualified illustrator and when not drawing monsters in work he is drawing monsters at home! When not coming up with new and exciting things for Fallen Sword Forn likes to listen to loud music, watch good movies, drink Jack Daniels and eat Jaffa Cakes. BigGrim
Kev BealCommunity ManagerBigGrim has lumbered into the Support office as Community Manager and things ain't quite been the same since (due to the new aroma). He can be found striding around demanding things, making a nuisance of himself, he makes sure everyone is working hard except himself all the while dispensing discipline with his foam hammer. When actually doing his job, he is reading your posts on the Forums and helping out where he can. He works with Varkaz to think up new and funky toys for Fallen Sword and Sigmastorm II and makes sure the updates go ahead on schedule and with no mistakes. All in all, Grim is a Geeks Geek. Hear him Roar! Zaelin
Kim HughesArtistZaelin has been accepted into the ranks of the herd as an artist for Fallen Sword and Sigmastorm 2. She is the sole provider of packs of lollypop goodness which are always rapidly consumed by the cows. She spends her lunch times pwning Iago, Big Grim, and Forn at Dawn of War and writing the word 'poop' on peoples notes (especially Varkaz's important documents). When Zaelin isn't at work drawing uber pictures she is usually found playing a random genre of game (gorey first person shooters being the favorite) or watching sci fi movies, watching a sci fi series (Battlestar Galactica!), reading sci fi books or sleeping. Varkaz
David ArthurQuest WriterVarkaz is part of the Community Support for Hunted Cow. When he is not scribbling quest notes down on the battered notepad beside him, he is playing any games as long as it does not involve exercise of any kind. His first love is pen-and-paper RPGs - to a level most would deem obsessive. It is not true however that if you cut Varkaz he bleeds dice. Iago
Andy BrooksWeb DeveloperIago, 'The Story Man' is one of the company's game content designers. He's currently working on Designing and adding content for SolarFleet. Andy is also called upon to design websites and various web graphics for our company games, which includes our new company website. Andy also works on designing content, including quests, for SigmaStorm and Gothador. When not dreaming up new innovative ideas for the company, Iago entertains thoughts of himself becoming Grand Overlord of the universe someday. Andy is also looking forward to upgrading to Windows Vista to experience the new built in games. Xakano
Andrea MackayCustomer SupportI am the savior of PhurieDae, I have joined her in the female force of the office. While im not answering your tickets I experiment in my lab/kitchen, I also feed my addiction of Doctor Who and Torchwood. My ambition in life is to cure the sick within Theme Hospital and provide fun for all in Theme Park. I also have whipped The Brain Game on the DS and cant wait to get the next one. L3fty
James HairSenior 3D ArtistL3fty is a 3D Artist working on Eldevin. He graduated from Southampton Solent University in 2006 with a degree in Video Games, and has worked in the games industry since then. He has been making mods for games for years, and struggles to find a balance between playing and making them! In any remaining spare time, l3fty likes to read, watch sci-fi and get the odd bit of exercise. Lolz
Lauren AtkinsonArtistAfter graduating from De Montfort University, Lauren quickly found a place among the herd as a 3D Modeller and Animator. Moving 500 miles from home and with nothing but an airbed and a microwave, she quickly set up residence in a small hovel under a bridge, where she occasionally shouts 1940's song lyrics at passers by. Her first computer exploded and her current laptop likes to fall asleep intermittently, usually when she needs it most or when she hasn't saved something. Children trust her. She likes hats, kitties, peanut butter and, much to the disgust of Andrew, Pepsi max. When it comes to games, her love for DOS classics is unrivaled by most. Otherwise, her Xbox elite and iPhone (when it's not broken) takes the cake. Beelsebob
Tom DavieiPhone DeveloperBeelsebob did his degree at York, before moving to Kent to attempt a PhD. He then honed his coding skills in Belgium, before finally moving back to his home country to join Hunted Cow. Now he puts his many talents into writing Hunted Cow's first iPhone game. Nixeh
Keith HayesJava Game Tools DeveloperShortly after graduating his degree in Software Engineering at the University of Salford, Nixeh travelled 300 miles, from the centre of Manchester to join the Hunted Cow crew. Keith spends his time working on development tools to make the game scripting world a happier place. (Hahaha yeah I like that joke too...) As the newest member of the Eldevin team, when he's not playing the game for fun (a.k.a working), scripting quests or squishing bugs, he's planning how to take over the world... of warcraft, armed with nothing but a spreadsheet and a level 80 hunter. ^jt
JT BurkeUser Experience Designer
JT joined Hunted Cow's team in the Summer of 2010, his speciality is crafting exciting and rewarding experiences for users. His main skills lie within programming but he's not afraid of graphics packages and is also a master of web technologies rendering HTML, CSS and JS in his head akin to Cowboy Java mental-compilation-subroutine.
LT
Rene KokSenior Java DeveloperLT is the programmer who maintains the AI in Eldevin. When he's not making the AI dance he can be found playing games such as Starcraft II, Call of Duty 4 and UT2004. Once upon a time he used to live in Amsterdam, but alas he was lured to Scotland with promises of amazing weather. Birritan
Mark PilkingtonArtistA well-spoken, general dogsbody (in Royal Navy terms that's someone who does drudge work), I spend my time trying to make pretty things, from modelling to animation and doing little in between. I started out in games development creating levels for games on the Atari ST and Duke Nukem 3D back in the days when games were golden and filled with cream and magic. I could easily be described as a guitar wielding, nervous, haggis lover. Cygnus
Jack DoddsGame Programmer
Jack is a programmer by nature and while learning to program games he managed to graduate from both the Bsc Hons Computer Games Technology and Mprof Computer Games Development courses at Abertay. When given the chance to join Hunted Cow he jumped at the opportunity and arrived in the frigid winter to take up his role as a new programmer on the Eldevin team to help with quest scripting and whatever else is handed to him.
Elec2ron
Gordon HarperArtistA new recruit to the herd, elec2ron is working on shiny new 3d assets for Eldevin. Moving to Elgin from Fife he is having a great time working on his first game title. When he's not pushing verts Gordon enjoys spending time with his young son, giving his partner a break from the madness and very occasionally sneaking in some sci fi shows during nap time. kn1fe
Chris WardGame Programmerkn1fe journeyed over 1000 kilometres from London to Elgin, where he has been instructed by the Hunted Cow team to code scripts day and night; whether he likes it or not. When he is allowed to retreat home he tries his best to kill everyone playing Counter Strike before they respawn. Chikara
Nigel HinckleyArtistTravelling North across the border from the distant lands of Lancashire, he joined the Hunted Cow team as a 2D Artist. Divides his spare time between reading, drawing, storyboarding, digital photography, watching quality films and animation. Leemz
Liam McDonaldArtistLeemz is a 3D Artist who graduated from Abertay Dundee with a keen interest on creating environments for video games. When he's not making 3D models for Battle Dungeon or Eldevin you can see him enjoying fine Ales and growing his beard every 4 weeks. Batteries not included. Music Chris
Chris DrysdaleProgrammer / Musician
After seven years at university studying electronics and music, Chris decided it was about time to get a proper job. When that search failed, he ended up at Hunted Cow Studios. Now he spends his time scripting for Eldevin and making noises that he assures us are, in fact, music.
Zorg
Wayne RobinsonSenior Web DeveloperZorg joined Hunted Cow in Autumn 2011, moving from Staffordshire, England. Richard Logan-BakerWeb Developer
Lamium is an all-rounder when it comes to the team at Hunted Cow, he joined Hunted Cow in February 2012.
Known as a jack-of-all-trades, his skills vary. Mainly he slaves over PHP, jQuery and HTML
code, however he also has a few hidden talents. He has been writing music for both bands and games and also
occasionally likes to serenade the office on his special acoustic "lute".
